摘  要:【目的】筛选适用8个山葡萄品种的最优光响应模型和适应性最佳的山葡萄品种。【方法】采用直角双曲线模型、非直角双曲线模型、直角双曲线修正模型和指数函数模型4种模型,对8个山葡萄品种的光合-光响应曲线进行拟合,借助均方差法和平均标准误差法,检测模型拟合精度,基于层次分析法,建立涵盖强光环境因子和弱光环境因子的综合评价体系,对4种模型拟合出的表观量子效率、光补偿点、光饱和点、最大净光合速率和暗呼吸速率5项光响应参数指标进行评价。【结果】除指数函数模型外,其他3种模型的拟合系数均在0.99以上,基于直角双曲线修正模型预测最大净光合速率和光饱和点的效果最好,基于非直角双曲线模型预测表观量子效率、光补偿点和暗呼吸速率最准确。聚类分析结果表明:‘北冰红’和‘双红’的最大净光合速率和光饱和点较高,同属强光环境利用效率较高且耐强光的品种;‘双丰’‘左山1’和‘左山2’的最大净光合速率和光饱和点较低,属于强光利用效率较低、耐强光能力较弱的品种;‘左优红’和‘雪兰红’的最大净光合速率较高但光饱和点较低,属于强光利用效率较高但耐强光能力弱的品种。‘北冰红’和‘双红’的综合得分分别为第1名和第2名,与强光环境因子聚类分析结果一致。【结论】在强光环境和弱光环境下,‘北冰红’的光能利用效率最高,是适合在伊犁地区推广种植的山葡萄品种。【Objective】In order to select the most fitted light response models for 8 Vitis amurensis varieties and the most suitable V.amurensis varieties.【Method】Rectangular hyperbola model,non-rectangular hyperbola model,modified rectangular hyperbola model and exponential model were fitted with photo response curve,the fitting accuracy of the model was tested by RMSE and MAE.And 5 light response parameters including maximum net photosynthetic rate,apparent quantum yield,dark respiration rate,light compensation point and light saturation point based on 4 models were evaluated by analytic hierarchy process(AHP).【Result】Except for the exponential model,the fitting coefficients of the others were all above 0.99.The modified rectangular hyperbola model had the best solution effect on the maximum net photosynthetic rate and light saturation point,and the non-rectangular hyperbola model had the best solution effect on the apparent quantum yield,light compensation point,dark respiration rate.Cluster analysis showed that‘Beibinghong’and‘Shuanghong’had higher maximum net photosynthetic rate and light saturation point,belong to the variety which could adapt to strong light environment with higher light efficiency.‘Shuangfeng’,‘Zuoshan1’,‘Zuoshan2’had lower maximum net photosynthetic rate and light saturation point,belong to the variety which use strong light efficiency was low,and the strong light resistance ability was weak.‘Zuoyouhong’and‘Xuelanhong’had higher maximum net photosynthetic rate and lower light saturation point,belong to the variety which could use the less strong light with weak strong light resistance ability.‘Beibinghong’and‘Shuanghong’had ranked 1 and 2 of the comprehensive score,respectively,which was consistent with cluster analysis in strong light environment.【Conclusion】‘Beibinghong’has the most comprehensive utilization effect of light energy in both strong light environment and weak light environment,which is suitable for popularization and planting in
