摘 要:【目的】研究长春花不同花色的形成与花瓣细胞内重要理化环境的关系,旨在更好地理解长春花花色的形成机理,从而为新花色品种的培育提供理论依据。【方法】以6个不同花色品种长春花的花瓣为试材,对各品种的花色表型、花瓣解剖结构、花瓣细胞液pH值、花瓣中10种金属元素的含量和花色素的组分与含量进行测定,并对各品种间的差异化表征及其与花色的相关性进行分析。【结果】1)6个品种被分为4个色系,不同品种长春花之间花色值的明度L^(*)值与红度a^(*)值均呈极显著负相关,随着红度的增加,花瓣表面逐渐变暗,花色趋于正红色。2)除白花品种外,在其他5个品种花瓣的上表皮细胞中均可观察到花色素的大量积累,其色素在细胞中的呈色类型与花瓣表型均近一致。6个品种长春花的花瓣细胞液均为偏酸性且其差异显著,偏酸性的细胞介质环境在一定程度上有利于长春花花色的呈现。3)相关性分析及冗余分析结果都表明:长春花花瓣L^(*)值与花瓣厚度、上表皮细胞高宽比、总花色苷、总黄酮含量之间均存在极显著的负相关性(P<0.01),而与花瓣细胞液pH值、钙元素、锰元素含量之间均存在极显著的正相关性;a^(*)值与这些指标间的相关性均与之相反。花色苷及总黄酮含量的差异是影响花色值的重要因素。【结论】不同品种间长春花的花色差异是多项理化指标共同作用、共同影响的结果。花色苷含量是影响长春花花瓣着色的主要因子;黄酮类化合物是辅助色素,协同花色苷共同呈色;而花瓣厚度、表皮细胞形态、细胞液pH值和锰、钙元素含量等指标作为辅助因子在一定程度上也都会影响花瓣的呈色。【Objective】To study the relationship between the formation of different flower colors and the important physical and chemical environment in petal cells,aiming to better understand the formation mechanism of flower colors of vinca and to provide a theoretical basis for the cultivation of new flower colors varieties.【Method】6 varieties of vinca with different flower colors were used as test materials to determine the flower color phenotype,petal anatomical structure,pH value of petal cell fluid,content of metal elements and anthocyanin components and contents of each variety.The differences among varieties were characterized and the correlation between them and flower colors was analyzed.【Result】1)6 varieties were divided into four color systems.There was an extremely significant negative correlation between the lightness L^(*)and the redness a^(*)of vinca flowers of different varieties.With the increase of redness,the surface of petals gradually darkened and the color tended to be positively red.2)Anthocyanidins were accumulated in the upper epidermal cells of petals of all the five cultivars except white flower.The color types of pigments in the cells were almost consistent with the phenotype of petals.The pH of the cell fluid of the petals of the six vinca varieties were all acidic and the difference was significant.To some extent,the acidic cell medium was conducive to the appearance of the flower color of vinca.3)Correlation analysis and redundancy analysis showed that L^(*)value was significantly negatively correlated with petal thickness,ratio of height to width of upper epidermal cells,total anthocyanins and flavonoids contents(P<0.01),but significantly positively correlated with pH,Ca and Mn contents in petal cell fluid,while a^(*)value was inverse.The content difference between total flavonoids and anthocyanins was an important factor affecting the index of flower color.【Conclusion】The difference of flower color among varieties of vinca is the result of the joint action and influence of s
