教育信任:提升高校思想政治教育公信力的关键

摘　　要：教育信任是提升高校思想政治教育公信力的关键问题。教育信任是在教育主体的信任意愿和教育客体的可信品质的互动过程中产生出对教育系统的肯定性依赖关系。教育信任与思想政治教育公信力相辅相成,存在实践同一性、系统协同性和价值一致性的关系。从教育信任角度提升高校思想政治教育公信力,需要培育教育者角色信任,增进教育管理的组织信任,构建教育资源的内容信任,夯实教育系统的价值信任,从而在教育信任的系统运行中逐步提升思想政治教育公信力。Educational trust is the key issue to enhance the credibility of ideological and political education in colleges and universities.It is the affirmative dependence of the subject on the education system built in the process of the interaction between the trusting will of the educational subject and the credibility of the educational object.Educational trust and credibility of ideological and political education are indispensable to each other,and the two are identical in practice,concerted in system,and united in value.To seek the enhancement of the credibility of ideological and political education in colleges and universities,from the perspective of educational trust,it is necessary to cultivate the role trust of educators,to improve the organizational trust of education management,to build the content trust of educational resources,and to consolidate the value trust of the education system,so that the enhancement of the credibility of ideological and political education would be gradually achieved,in the systematic operation of educational trust.
