摘  要:以推进我校课堂教学督导的科学化和信息化为目标,以教师教学行为为关注点,基于已有教学督导的专家评语,采用自下而上、反向构建的评价指标体系构建思路,通过内容分析、合并归类、专家咨询等方式确定了指标条目,然后借助专家咨询确定了指标条目的权重,最终构建了量化评价与质性评价相结合的督导评价工具。In order to promote the scientization and informatization of classroom teaching supervision in our university,bottom-up reverse construction of evaluation index system is proposed,which focuses on teachers’teaching behavior and adopts the expert comments from teaching supervisors.The index items are determined by means of content analysis,merger and classification,and expert consultation.Then,after consulting the experts,the weight of the index items is also determined,and finally a supervision and evaluation tool combining quantitative evaluation index and qualitative evaluation is constructed.
