摘  要:随着发动机机型不断增加和变更,汉马科技发动机公司拣选区域拣料作业容易出现误拣、漏拣等操作失误,由此造成生产线异常停线、产品质量等问题,且过度依赖老员工经验,据此该公司选择采用轻量级智慧物流系统,能灵活实现与物流设备的无缝连接、对物料实物流的分配、对物料信息流的分配和管理,显著提高工作效率,降低对老员工经验依赖,提升配送准确率,降低生产和维护成本,形成更简单、高效、实时化的智慧物流,为传统仓储物流智能化升级助力。With the continuous increase and change of engine models,HANMA Technology Engine Co.,Ltd.is prone to operationalmiss-picking errorsin the picking area.As a result,the production line is abnormally shut down,product quality and other problems are caused,and the experience of old employees is excessively relied on.Therefore,the company adopts the lightweight intelligent logistics system,which can flexibly realize the seamless connection with the logistics equipment,realize the distribution of material real logistics and the distribution and management of material information flow,significantly improve the work efficiency,reduce the dependence on the experience of old employees,improve the distribution accuracy,reduce the production and maintenance costs,and form a simpler,more efficient and real-time intelligent logistics contributes to the intelligent upgrading of traditional warehousing logistics.
