摘 要:为了解台州地区凡纳滨对虾白斑病毒(WSSV)、传染性皮下和造血器官坏死病病毒(IHHNV)、高致病性副溶血弧菌(AP)和虾肝肠胞虫(EHP)的流行情况,用PCR方法对2017年-2019年采集的337个样品进行病原检测。结果表明,2017年-2019年4种病原总体携带率EHP>IHHNV>AP>WSSV;IHHNV、AP和EHP在虾苗和中成虾中总体携带率均为虾苗>中成虾,WSSV为中成虾>虾苗;不同养殖水体IHHNV和AP的病原携带率为海水养殖对虾>淡水养殖对虾;检出4种病原混合携带样品共41例,其中二重病原携带检出4个类型共38例,IHHNV+EHP携带率最高,阳性样品数/携带率分别为29/8.61%,三重病原携带检出2个类型共3例,分别为WSSV+IHHNV+EHP、IHHNV+EHP+AP,对应的阳性样品数/携带率分别为1/0.30%、2/0.59%;5月~9月平均降水量与各病原携带率无明显相关性,月平均气温与IHHNV(r=0.889)和AP(r=0.923)均呈显著正相关,表明气温与IHHNV和AP的发生关系密切。To investigate the prevalence of four pathogens including white spot syndrome virus(WSSV),infectious subcutaneous and hematopoietic necrosis virus(IHHNV),highly pathogenic Vibrio parahaemolyticus(AP)and Enterocytozoon hepatopenaei(EHP)in Litopenaeus vannamei in Taizhou area,337 samples collected from 2017 to 2019 were detected by specific PCR method.The results showed that the prevalence of the four pathogens in Litopenaeus vannamei is,in descending order,EHP>IHHNV>AP>WSSV in that time.Meanwhile,the prevalence of IHHNV,AP and EHP in juvenile is higher than in adult shrimp,in contrast,the WSSV in adult shrimp is more prevalence than in juvenile.The prevalence of IHHNV and AP is higher in shrimp cultured in seawater than that in freshwater.Moreover,41/337 samples were found to be infected with more than one pathogen.In these cases,29/337 were found to be co-infected with IHHNV and EHP,also with the highest prevalence among double pathogens.3/337 samples were found to be infected with three pathogens(WSSV+IHHNV+EHP or IHHHV+EHP+AP).Furthermore,analysis of some environmental factors data showed it have no certain correlation between the pathogen prevalence and the monthly average precipitation during May to September,but the IHHNV(r=0.889)and AP(r=0.923)prevalence was obvious associations with the monthly average temperature.The present study showed that the WSSV,IHHNV,EHP and AP were major shrimp pathogens in Taizhou,Zhejiang province,which suggested that it need more concern for the disease prevention and control in cultured shrimp.
