摘　　要：全面推进“健康中国”战略是“十四五规划”和二〇三五年远景目标建设必须达到的重要目标任务,是习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想的重要组成部分。它的提出是习近平总书记充分继承和吸收中华优秀传统文化中健康养生文化要素的重要体现,是对传统健康养生文化在中国特色社会主义新时代的发扬和创新,二者是“果”与“根”的关系。从中华优秀传统文化的角度切入,挖掘“健康中国”战略的传统文化渊源,为新时代的伟大战略提供更全面、更系统的文化理论支撑。Comprehensive promotion of“The Healthy China”strategy is an important goal and task which must be realized and achieved in the“14th Five-Year Plan”and the long-term goal of 2035,and is an important part of Xi Jinping’s thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics in the New Era.The proposal is an important fruit of general Secretary Xi Jinping's full inheritance and absorption of the excellent traditional Chinese culture of health preservation,it is the promotion and innovation of traditional health preservation culture in the new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics,Which resemble a relationship between“fruit”and“root”.From the perspective of Chinese excellent traditional culture,this paper explores the traditional cultural origin of“The Healthy China”strategy which aims at providing more comprehensive and systematic cultural theoretical support for the great strategy in the new era.
