摘　　要：目的比较巴曲酶不同应用时机对急性脑梗死(ACI)患者神经功能的影响。方法选择2019年9月至2020年8月我院收治的136例ACI患者,随机分为两组各68例。对照组入院12 h后给予巴曲酶,观察组入院后即刻给予巴曲酶,之后隔日用药1次,连续治疗14d。对比两组的临床疗效、神经功能缺损状况、凝血功能、不良反应。结果观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05).治疗前,两组的NIHSS评分、FIB水平比较无统计学差异(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组的NIHSS评分、FIB水平低于对照组(P<0.05).两组患者治疗前后的PT比较无统计学差异(P<0.05).两组的不良反应发生率比较无统计学差异(P>0.05).结论ACI患者入院后即刻采用巴曲酶治疗效果更佳,可明显减轻神经功能缺损状况,改善凝血功能,利于症状快速缓解,应用价值较高。Objective To compare the influence of different application timing of Batroxobin in patients with acute cerebral infarction(ACI).Methods 136 ACI patients admitted to our hospital from September 2019 to August 2020 were selected and randomly divided into two groups,with 68 cases in each group.The control group was given batroxobin 12 hours after admission,and the observation group was given batroxobin immediately after admission,followed by administration once every other day for 14 consecutive days.The clinical efficacy,neurological deficits,coagulation function,and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,no statistical difference was found in the NIHSS score and FIB level between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the NIHSS score and FIB level of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).No statistical difference was found in the PT between the two groups before and after treatment(P>0.05).No statistical difference was found in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions Batroxobin has better treatment effect immediately after admission in ACI patients,which can significantly reduce the neurological deficits,improve the blood coagulation function,and facilitate rapid symptom relief with higher application value.
