半夏厚朴汤联合多潘立酮治疗慢性胃炎的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的 观察半夏厚朴汤联合多潘立酮治疗慢性胃炎的临床疗效。方法 选取2017年4月至2020年4月我院收治的102例慢性胃炎患者,随机分为对照组和观察组各51例。对照组给予多潘立酮治疗,观察组在对照组基础上采用半夏厚朴汤治疗,比较两组的临床疗效和生存质量。结果 观察组的总有效率为96.1%,显著高于对照组的82.4%(P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率为5.9%,显著低于对照组的19.6%(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的生存质量评分均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 半夏厚朴汤联合多潘立酮治疗慢性胃炎疗效确切,能提升患者的生存质量,安全性较高,值得推广应用。Objective To observe the clinical effect of Banxia Houpu Decoction combined with domperidone in the treatment of chronic gastritis.Methods 102 patients with chronic gastritis admitted to our hospital from April 2017 to April 2020 were selected and randomly divided into control group and study group,with 51 cases in each group.The control group was treated with domperidone,and the study group was treated with Banxia Houpu Decoction on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the study group was 96.1%,significantly higher than 82.4%of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the study group was 5.9%,significantly lower than 19.6%of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of quality of life in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Banxia Houpu Decoction combined with domperidone has definite effect in the treatment of chronic gastritis,which can improve the quality of life of patients,with higher safety,which is worthy of promotion and application.
