摘　　要：简述针灸在日本的传承与发展历史,通过CiNii Research数据库搜索针灸相关文献,从临床研究、理论研究、补充和替代医疗、国民受容度、教学研究等方面分类分析近6年针灸在日本的发展情况,并通过分析典型研究机构针灸临床情况,探讨中医药文化传播的启示和思考。The paper briefly describes the inheritance and development history of acupuncture and moxibustion in Japan,searches acupuncture and moxibustion related literature through Cinii research database,classifies and analyzes the development of acupuncture and moxibustion in Japan in recent 6 years from the aspects of clinical research,theoretical research,supplementary and alternative medicine,national tolerance and teaching research,and analyzes the clinical situation of acupuncture and moxibustion in typical research institutions,To explore the enlightenment and thinking of the dissemination of traditional Chinese medicine culture.
