摘　　要：透析相关营养不良是维持性透析患者体内蛋白质代谢失衡和能量减少的状态,其发病率高,现代医学尚无经济有效的治疗手段。中医药在慢性疾病的营养与康复治疗中独具优势,该文基于脾主运化、脾主升清、脾藏意主思虑的生理特性探讨该病的病因病机,总结出甘缓调脾、益气养血;运脾化湿、疏滞泄浊;补脾益肾、佐以疏肝的治则治法,以及中医外治法,旨在为中医药治疗透析营养不良提供思路。Dialysis related malnutrition is a condition of maintaining protein imbalance and energy reduction in maintenance dialysis patients with high incidence rate,but Modern medicine has no effective economic treatment.Traditional Chinese medicine has unique advantages in the nutrition and rehabilitation treatment of chronic diseases.Based on the physiological characteristics of the spleen governing the transportation and transformation,the spleen governing the promotion and clearing,and the spleen storing the meaning,this paper discusses the etiology and pathogenesis of the disease,and sums up the therapeutic principles and methods of sweet and slow to regulate the spleen,replenishing Qi and nourishing blood;transporting spleen to remove dampness,dispersing stagnation and removing turbidity;tonifying spleen and kidney and soothing liver,as well as external treatment of traditional Chinese medicine,aim to provide ideas for the treatment of dialysis malnutrition with traditional Chinese medicine.
