清前期东北边疆治理中的富察氏家族

摘　　要：富察氏家族是清朝著名的政治军事家族。清前期在东北边疆任职或肩负东北边疆治理的出身富察氏家族的官员,《满汉大臣列传》《清史列传》《钦定八旗通志》《清史稿》等纪传体史籍中,撰有专门传记的,至少有11人。他们治理东北边疆的主要举措包括:抗击沙俄入侵,划定中俄东段边界;建城驻兵,训练军队,严肃军纪,强化边境管理;垦辟土地,赈济旗丁,设立学校,妥善安置罪犯;整顿吉林参务等等。在清朝前期东北边疆治理中发挥了重要的作用,但也存在一些失误和负面的影响。The Fu-cha Clan is a famous political and military family in the Qing Dynasty.At least 11 officials from the Fu-cha Clan who served in the northeast frontier or shouldered the governance of the northeast frontier in the early Qing Dynasty have special biography in some biographical annals,like The Collected Biography of the Man-Han Ministers,The Biographical History of the Qing Dynasty,Regius General Annals of the Eight Banners,History of the Qing Dynasty,etc.Their main measures to govern the northeast frontier include:resisting aggression of the Russian,demarcating the eastern border between China and Russia;founding cities then garrisoning and training troops with strict military discipline to strengthen border management;reclaiming land for farming to relieve the soldiers of the Eight Banners,setting up schools,and properly settling the criminals;Rectifying the Ginseng affairs in Jilin,etc.The Fu-cha Clan played an important role in the governance of the northeast frontier in the early Qing Dynasty,but there were also some errors and negative effects.
