摘  要:采用百度试验法制定了25 mm厚米槠锯材的干燥基准,并研究了干燥工艺和干燥过程中的分层含水率及应力变化规律。结果表明,按照百度试验法拟定的25 mm厚的米槠锯材干燥基准,从初含水率81.17%干燥到11.3%,共用时245 h,干燥质量达到二级要求。此干燥基准用于米槠锯材的实际干燥生产,可完全满足地板生产要求。The drying schedule of 25 mm thickness Castanopsis carlesii timber was proposed by using 100℃test method.Besides,the drying technology and changing rules of layered moisture content and stress during the drying process were studied.The results showed that according to the drying schedule given in this paper,the moisture content of the 25 mm thickness Castanopsis carlesii timber decreased from 81.17%to 11.3%,and the drying period was 245 h.The drying quality was in compliance with grade II.This drying schedule can be used for actual drying production of Castanopsis carlesii timber which can completely meet the quality requirements of floor products.
