摘 要:现行混凝土结构耐久性设计规范指出,与普通钢筋混凝土构件不同,预应力混凝土构件以预应力筋表面区域氯离子浓度达到临界阈值作为耐久性极限状态。针对预应力混凝土简支梁构件维护决策问题,结合已有模拟氯离子侵蚀进程的扩散模型,利用蒙特卡洛抽样及多项式拟合方法,建立预应力混凝土构件可靠度时变计算公式。进一步,采用虚拟役龄表征构件的耐久性状态,考虑质量检测工作精度、预防性防护、必要性维修等影响因子,建立基于全寿命成本理论的树形分析模型。通过计算不同预防性防护、检测周期、总维护寿命等多种工况下构件的可靠度和维护成本,与分别基于时间和可靠度指标控制的两类维护方案对比,表明本文提出的模型能在满足构件可靠度要求的前提下,提供更为合理的全寿命维护方案,为预应力混凝土构件的加固维护提供参考。Different from the ordinary reinforced concrete components,the current code for durability design of concrete structures suggests that the durability limit state of pre-stressed concrete components obtains when the chloride ion concentration in the surface area of pre-stressed reinforcement reaches the critical threshold value.In view of the problem in decision-making of maintenance of simply supported beam made of pre-stressed concrete,the time-varying calculation formula of reliability of pre-stressed concrete components is established by Monte Carlo sampling and polynomial fitting based on the existing diffusion model for simulation of chloride ion corrosion.Moreover,a virtual service life was adopted to indicate the durability of the components while taking into account the accuracy of quality inspection,preventive protection,necessary maintenance and other influencing factors.Then a tree analysis model is constructed based on life-cycle cost theory.Through calculating the reliability and maintenance costs of components under multiple working conditions such as different preventive protections,inspection cycle and total maintenance life,it is indicated that compared with the two maintenance schemes based on time and reliability control respectively,the proposed model provides a more reasonable life-cycle maintenance scheme while meeting the requirement for reliability of components,which provides a reference for strengthening and maintenance of pre-stressed concrete components.
