摘　　要：目的探讨在临床医学五年制定向班临床实习阶段强化临床技能的效果.方法对首都医科大学石景山教学医院临床医学五年制定向班2015级学生在临床实习的几个阶段加强技能培训.结果2015级技能会考平均成绩统计高于2014级,结果显示有统计学差异.结论在临床实习阶段加强医学生临床技能的培养,对于提高医学生临床综合素质有很大帮助.Objective To discuss the effect of strengthening clinical skills in the practice stage for clinical medical students of five-year oriented class.Method To strengthen the skills training for the medical students of grade 2015 in the five-year oriented class in shijingshan hospital in several clinical practice.Resu It The average score of grade 2015 was higher than that of grade 2014 with a statistical difference.Conelusion Focusing the clinical skills training in the practice stage.It helps to improve their clinical comprehensive quality.
