金课理念下“体美融合”大学体育课程建设研究

摘　　要：以金课理念为指导,以学生全面发展为中心,重塑大学体育课程内涵。以提升学生综合能力和素养体现课程的高阶性;以健康美、精神美、品德美和礼仪美为切入点,凝练体育蕴含的美育元素,在课程中渗透美育,以美启真促善,实现体美融合,体现课程的创新性;建立“以赛代考”竞赛制考评方式,完善过程化考核评价体系,增加课程挑战度,进而构建大学体育课程“两性一度”框架体系。Guided by the concept of Golden Lessons,center on the overall development of students,reshape the connotation of college physical education courses.Reflect the high-level nature of the curriculum by improving students'comprehensive ability and quality;take health beauty,spiritual beauty,moral beauty,and etiquette beauty as the entry point to refine the aesthetic education elements contained in sports,infiltrate aesthetic education in the curriculum,use beauty to inspire truth and promote good,infiltrate the soul,achieve the integration of body and beauty,and reflect the innovation of the curriculum;establish a"competition for examination"competition system evaluation method,improve the process assessment and evaluation system,increase the degree of challenge of the curriculum,and then construct a"gender once"framework system for college physical education courses.
