摘　　要：高校青年教师教学实践能力和水平直接影响高校的人才培养质量。高校青年教师具有高层次的学历等级和扎实的理论基础,但教学实践思维和教学实践方法却存在诸多不足。文章在分析我国青年教师教学实践能力的现状基础上,通过涌现理论的量积效应、组分效应和环境效应审视青年教师教学实践能力的内在规律,提出我国青年教师教学实践能力提升的政策建议。The teaching practice ability and level of young teachers in colleges and universities directly affect the quality of talent cultivation in colleges and universities.Young teachers in colleges and universities have a high level of educational background and a solid theoretical foundation,but there are many deficiencies in teaching practice thinking and teaching practice methods.Based on the analysis of the current situation of young teachers'teaching practical ability in China,this paper examines the internal laws of young teachers'teaching practical ability through the volume effect,component effect and environment effect of emergence theory,and puts forward some policy suggestions for the improvement of young teachers'teaching practical ability in China.
