摘　　要：在探究“一村多”助力乡村振兴内在逻辑的基础上,总结了“一村多”实施以来在内涵建设、人才培养以及助力乡村振兴等方面取得的成绩,提出“一村多”助力乡村振兴的未来愿景:以资源、政策吸引并精选“一村多”招录对象;精准挖掘本土资源并配套专业人才培养;配套出台系列扶持政策。On the basis of the internal logic of " Multiple College Students Plan in One Village " helping rural revitalization, this paper summarizes the achievements in connotation construction, talent training and rural revitalization since the implementation of “Multiple College Students Plan in One Village”, puts forward the future vision of “Multiple College Students Plan in One Village”to help the revitalization of rural areas: to attract and select “Multiple College Students Plan in One Village”recruitment targets with resources and policies;to precisely tap local resources and support professional training;and to set up a series of supporting policies.
