摘　　要：1例以左眼红伴视力下降4个月余为主诉患者就诊,眼科检查发现虹膜表面大量灰白色团状及绒球状且边界不清的病灶,眼球摘除术后确诊为视网膜母细胞瘤。A female patient presented with redness and visual acuity loss in the left eye for more than 4 months.Ophthalmic examination revealed a large number of gray-white masses and lesions with fuzzy boundaries on the iris surface.Retinoblastoma was diagnosed after enucleation.
