摘  要:目的探讨精神分裂症患者血清神经细胞黏附分子(NCAM)、胰岛素样生长因子-1(IGF-1)、半乳糖凝集素-3(Galectin-3)表达水平及与认知功能的关系。方法选取2018年1月至2020年1月在我科接受治疗的精神分裂症患者90例(观察组),另选取体检健康者90例(对照组)作为研究对象。采用酶联免疫吸附法检测血清NCAM、IGF-1、Galectin-3水平。应用阳性和阴性症状量表(PANSS)评估患者临床症状,采用MATRICS公认认知成套测验(MCCB)评估患者认知功能,根据患者有无认知功能损害分为认知功能障碍组(n=36)和认知功能正常组(n=54),分析血清NCAM、IGF-1、Galectin-3与患者认知功能的关系。结果观察组血清NCAM、IGF-1、Galectin-3水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。认知功能障碍组血清NCAM、IGF-1、Galectin-3水平低于认知功能正常组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。Pearson相关性分析结果显示,血清NCAM、IGF-1、Galectin-3分别与PANSS、MCCB呈正相关(P<0.05)。ROC曲线结果示,血清NCAM、IGF-1、Galectin-3及三者联合检测预测精神分裂症患者认知功能的AUC分别为0.828、0.790、0.765和0.913。结论精神分裂症患者血清NCAM、IGF-1、Galectin-3水平明显降低,其血清水平与患者认知功能状态密切相关,且对患者的认知功能改变具有一定预测价值。Objective To investigate the relationship between serum nerve cell adhesion molecule(NCAM),insulin-like growth factor-1(IGF-1),galactin-3)expression levels and cognitive function in s Methods 90 schizophrenia patients from January,2018 to January,2020(observation group)were selected for the study,while 90 health subjects(control groups)from the medical examination of our hospital were also selected.Serum NCAM,IGF-1,and Galectin-3 levels were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent.Positive and negative symptoms(PANSS)was applied to assess patients’clinical symptoms,also Matrics recognized cognitive tape(MCCB)was used to assess patients’cognitive function,According to patients’status on cognitive functional damage,patients were divided into the cognitive dysfunction group(n=36)and cognitive function normal group(n=54).Serum NCAM,IGF-1,Galectin-3 relations with the patient’s cognitive function were evaluated.Results Serum NCAM,IGF-1,and Galectin-3 levels were lower than the control group(P<0.05).Serum NCAM,IGF-1,and Galectin-3 levels of the cognitive dysfunction group were lower than those of the normal group(P<0.05).Pearson correlation analysis results showed:serum NCAM,IGF-1,and Galectin-3 were positively correlated with PANSS,MCCB,respectively(P<0.05).ROC curve results showed:AUCs of serum NCAM,IGF-1,Galectin-3 and three joint detection for predicting schizophrenia patient cognitive function were 0.828,0.790,0.765 and 0.913,respectively.Conclusion Serum NCAM,IGF-1,and Galectin-3 levels are significantly reduced,and closely related to the patient’s cognitive function,which has a certain predictive value.
