浮动均值法在乙型肝炎五项检测中质量控制的探讨与应用

摘　　要：目的利用浮动均值法检测日常质控体系中所忽略的采血管质量问题;比较肝素锂抗凝采血管与分离胶促凝采血管对HBsAg、HBsAb、HBeAg、HBeAb及HBcAb检测的影响。方法根据数据回顾性分析其质量;利用不同采血管进行同源标本的检测并比较。结果使用浮动均值法发现失控状态并得到及时更正;肝素锂抗凝采血管对于HBeAg、HBeAb及HBcAb影响比分离胶促凝采血管小。结论利用浮动均值法可以扩大观察日常质控体系的监控范围;肝素锂抗凝采血管与分离胶促凝采血管的应用,需要检验机构制定出适合自己的检测流程。Objective To study the quality problems of vacuum blood collection tube neglected in daily quality control system by moving average method,by comparing the effect of heparin lithium and serum separating gel vacuum blood collection tubes on the detection of HBsAg,HBsAb,HBeAg,HBeAb and HBcAb.Methods The quality was analyzed retrospectively according to the result data.Homologous samples were detected and compared with different vacuum tubes.Results Moving average method was able to monitor the out-of-control state and made timely corrections.The effect of heparin lithium vacuum tubes was less than serum separating gel vacuum tubes on the detection of HBeAg,HBeAb and HBcAb.Conclusion The monitoring scope of daily quality control system can be expanded by using moving average method.The application of heparin lithium and serum separating gel vacuum tubes requires the inspection institution to develop its own testing process.
