地方高校工程专业硕士培养定位与举措--以佛山科学技术学院为例

摘　　要：地方高校确立符合自己现状与特色的工程硕士培养定位对于中国建立工程硕士多元化的培养体系至关重要。以佛山科学技术学院工程专业硕士研究生培养定位为例,基于国家硕士研究生教育未来的发展方向与重点,基于地方产业人才需求,从质量、创新、特色培养理念出发,探讨了在地方高校专业硕士培养定位中如何为地方产业服务、如何培养创新人才、如何形成自己的培养特色,特别是如何培养高质量专门人才。就“质量为根,育才为本,立德树人,创新引领,特色亮剑”的研究生培养定位,以及与定位内容之间的关系进行了较深入的探讨。As far as local colleges and universities are concerned,how to set up a training orientation which fit with the school situation and characteristics is essential for establishment of diversified training systems of the master of engineering.Taking the training orientation of master’s degree postgraduate students majoring in engineering of Foshan University as an example,based on the future development direction and focus of national master’s degree education and the needs of local industrial talents,we discuss how to train master’s degree students in local colleges and universities to serve local industries,training innovative talents and establish their own training characteristics from the concept of quality,innovation and characteristic training,especially how to train high-quality professionals.Our orientation is to train postgraduates with quality as the root,talent training as the foundation,Enhance Morality,Foster Talents innovation as the guide and characteristics as the priority.
