摘 要:为了比较不同前处理方法对部分有机氯农药残留检测的影响,本论文以白菜、花椰菜、番茄、黄瓜、洋葱、白萝卜为基质,通过添加0.050 mg/kg、0.10 mg/kg、0.25 mg/kg三个不同浓度水平的农药,种类有腐霉利、二甲戊灵、苯醚甲环唑、联苯菊酯和高效氯氟氰菊酯,用气相色谱-三重四极杆串联质谱在多反应离子监测模式(MRM)下进行检测。结果表明:不同前处理检测方法平均加标回收率并不完全一致,QuEChERS方法具有很好的回收率,为检测机构提供了一种方便快捷的分析方法。In order to compare the effects of different pre-treatment detection methods on the detection of some pesticide residues,cabbage,cauliflower,tomato,cucumber,onion and white radish were used as the substrate,and 0.050 mg/kg,0.10 mg/kg,0.25 mg/kg of three pesticides were added at different concentration levels,including procymidone,pendimethalin,difenoconazole,bifenthrin,and lambda-cyhalothrin.They were used in many cases by gas chromatography-triple quadrupole tandem mass spectrometry,and detected in the reactive ion monitoring mode(MRM).The results showed that the average recovery rates of different pre-treatment detection methods were not completely consistent,and QuEChERS method had a better recovery rate,which provided a simpler and faster high-throughput detection method for testing agencies.
