摘　　要：2021年,国务院办公厅印发《关于推动公立医院高质量发展的意见》指出,学科建设和运营管理是实现高质量发展的关键路径。当前,我国医院学科发展存在地区不平衡、发展不充分的特点,协调性有待进一步提高。从大型综合医院学科建设模式与特点切入,分析了高质量发展背景下医院学科协调发展的要点,结合广州某三级甲等医院在学科布局、组织管理、人才培养、科研转化、区域行业的协调建设实践与成效,讨论了当前医院学科建设面临的问题和挑战,从资源整合、专业管理、运营管理、辐射引领4个方面提出了学科体系高质量协调发展的可行路径。In 2021,the national policy document on Promoting the High-quality Development of Public Hospitals points out that discipline construction and operation management are the key paths to achieving high-quality development.At present,the development of hospital disciplines in China has the characteristics of regional imbalance and insufficient development,and the coordination needs to be further improved.Starting from the discipline construction modes and characteristics of large-scale general hospitals,it analyzes the key points of discipline coordinated development under the background of high quality,combining with the practice and effectiveness of a tertiary class A Hospital in Guangzhou in discipline layout,organization management,talent training,scientific research transformation,and regional industry coordination and construction,discussing the problems and challenges faced by the current discipline construction.It puts forward the feasible path of high-quality and coordinated development of discipline system from the aspects of resource integration,professional management,operation management along with radiation and guidance.
