摘 要:从产量、产值、生产种类、种植模式、区域分布、生产效益、市场流通等方面概述我国食用菌产业现状,分析产业发展中存在种业缺乏创新、生产效率有待提高、生产方式粗放、产后精深加工不足等问题,并提出从加强种业技术研发和管理、优化品种结构、绿色高效发展、集约化发展、加大食用菌活性成分提取和应用研究、促进产业融合发展等方面进行产业升级,以实现食用菌高质量发展。The current situation of China’s edible fungi industry was summarized from the aspects of output,output value,production type,planting mode,regional distribution,production efficiency and market circulation,and the problems existing in the industrial development were analyzed,such as the lack of innovation of seed industry,the need to improve production efficiency,extensive production mode and the lack of postpartum intensive processing.Some suggestions were put forward from strengthening the research,development and management of seed industry technology,optimizing cultivar structure,green and efficient development,intensive development,increasing the extraction and application research of active components of edible fungi and promoting the development of industrial integration,so as to realize the high-quality development of edible fungi.
