摘 要:新技术不断催生行业经营业态快速更新,也使得市场环境更加复杂而又多变,这使得更多公司不得不采取“创业导向”战略来维系公司的可持续性发展。针对这一情况,通过对公司“创业导向”内涵的进一步诠释,分别从公司多元主体形成“利益共生”和“信用共生”关系的两个维度阐释了公司创业导向下多元主体“价值共创”行为发生的逻辑,最终认为:公司创业活动中的“价值分享”机制和“风险分摊”机制是公司普通员工“愿意参与”并“有能力参与”公司创业活动的关键,为此,分别从组织建设和机制设计的角度提出了相关建议,以供公司决策参考。New technology constantly promotes the rapid renewal of industry operation, and also makes the market environment more complex and changeable, which makes more companies have to adopt the “entrepreneurship oriented” strategy to maintain the sustainable development of the company.In view of this situation, this paper further interprets the connotation of “entrepreneurial orientation” of the company, and explains the logic of “value co creation” behavior of multiple subjects under the entrepreneurial orientation from the two dimensions of “interest symbiosis” and “credit symbiosis”,Finally, it is concluded that the “value sharing” mechanism and “risk sharing” mechanism are the key to the “willingness to participate” and “ability to participate” in the company’s entrepreneurial activities.Therefore, this paper puts forward relevant suggestions from the perspective of organization construction and mechanism design, so as to provide reference for the company’s decision-making.
