摘　　要：患者临床报告结局(PRO)强调采用心理学理念与手段,通过相关问卷获取真实、准确的资料,以对临床结局指标改变程度予以评价,也可以用作评价目标对象的个体症状、主观感应、和干预手段有关的患者满意度情况。这与传统中医辨证论治、整体观等特性具有高度的内在一致性,故为当前中医临床效应测评提供了新的视角。文章围绕上述核心问题对PRO的定义和测评价值、PRO问卷的研制流程、PRO问卷的应用概况、PRO在中医临床效应测评的必要性等方面进行论述,并就整合思维、PRO问卷与中医临床效应测评优化模式等进行分析,预期可以为中医临床诊疗决策优化提供参考依据。Patient reported outcome(PRO) focus on the use of psychological concepts and methods, through the relevant scales to obtain real and accurate information, to assess the changes in clinical outcome indicators. It can also be applied to evaluate individual symptoms, subjective perception, and patient satisfaction related to the intervention. This is highly consistent with the characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) such as syndrome differentiation and holistic view. Therefore,it provides a new perspective for the current evaluation of TCM clinical effects. Based on the core problem and principles, this article attempted to discuss the issues such as the definition and evaluation value of PRO, the development process of PRO scale,the application of PRO scale, the necessity of PRO in clinical effect evaluation of TCM, et al., focusing on the integrated thinking,PRO scale and optimized model of TCM clinical effect evaluation, and so on. This could provide references for the TCM clinical decision-making of diagnosis and treatment.
