面向项目需求的物联网工程人才培养模式研究

摘　　要：在政府提出应用型本科和新基建的背景下,对物联网工程专业毕业生的应用能力提出了更高的要求.但是,作为一个新兴专业,物联网工程专业普遍存在人才培养目标不明确、师资队伍薄弱、课程设置主线模糊、实践环节没有针对性等问题.提出了一种将教学过程和项目需求结合的人才培养模式,使学生可以从项目需求出发,明确学习目标,还能通过项目更好地训练实践能力.在此基础上,提出了一种靶向目标人才培养法,以靶心为目标梳理各教学环节之间的关系.实践表明,该模式可以有效提高学生各方面的素质,提高就业竞争力.Under the background of the application-oriented undergraduate education and the new infrastructure proposed by the government,higher requirements are put forward for the application ability of graduates of internet of things engineering.However,as a new major,the internet of things engineering major is faced with some problems,such as unclear talent training objectives,weak teaching staff,fuzzy main line of curriculum,lack of pertinence in practice and so on.This paper proposes a talent training mode that combines the teaching process with the project needs,so that students can set out from project demand,clarify the learning objectives,and train their practical ability better through project.Furthermore,a targeted talent training method is put forward,taking the goal as the guidance to clarify the relationship between different teaching steps.Practice shows that the mode and the method can effectively improve the quality of students and improve the competitiveness of employment.
