新时期高校党史与党建学科建设初探

摘　　要：在百年建党背景下,高校党史党建学科建设面临着新的发展机遇,向党史党建学科建设提出了新的要求。当前党史党建学科建设成就与问题同在:学科建设体系完善,党史党建学院资源整合,学科学位点数量稳定增长;但学科定位不够清晰,不利学科专业发展,学科发展潜力不足,专业人才培养数量有限,学科支撑倾斜不够,亟需重视与加强。加强新时代党史党建学科建设,应着重:明确学科归属,适时设置党史与党建一级学科;提高培养质量,适度扩大学科人才培养规模;夯实发展基础,适当倾斜支撑学科发展的项目和平台,推动党史党建学科内涵式发展。Under the background that the Communist Party of China(CPC) celebrated the 100th anniversary of its founding, the discipline construction of the CPC history and the CPC construction in colleges and universities is facing new development opportunities, and also puts forward new requirements. The achievements and problems are presented in the discipline construction of the CPC history and the CPC construction: the discipline construction system is perfect, the resources of the College of the CPC history and the CPC construction are integrated;the number of disciplines and academic degree programs increases steadily;However, the discipline positioning is not clear enough, which is unfavorable to the development of the discipline and specialty;the potential in the development of disciplines is insufficient and the number of professional talents is limited;The inclination of discipline support is not enough, so it is urgent to pay attention to and strengthen it. To strengthen the discipline construction of the CPC history and the CPC construction in the new era, we should focus on: clarifying the discipline category and setting up the first-level discipline of the CPC history and the CPC construction in time;improving the training quality and appropriately expanding the training scale of discipline talents;consolidating the development foundation, appropriately tilting the projects and platforms to support the development of discipline, and promoting the connotative development of the discipline of the CPC history and the CPC construction.
