细节护理在宫颈癌手术患者中的护理效果分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨细节护理在宫颈癌手术患者中的护理效果。方法:选取2019年1月—2020年12月广西医科大学附属武鸣医院收治的100例宫颈癌患者,随机将其分为观察组与对照组,对照组实施常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上实施细节护理。对比两组护理前后的焦虑、抑郁评分、生活质量评分及自我效能评分,对比两组的手术相关指标。结果:护理后,两组不良情绪(焦虑、抑郁)评分均低于护理前,且观察组低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组生活质量评分高于护理前,且观察组高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组自我效能评分均高于护理前,且观察组高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的肠道排气、疼痛持续、腹腔引流拔除、下床活动、住院时间均少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:细节护理可提高宫颈癌手术患者中的护理效果,值得临床应用。Objective To explore the nursing effect of detail nursing in patients with cervical cancer operation.Methods 100 cases of cervical cancer patients admitted to Wuming Hospital of Guangxi Medical University from January 2019 to December 2020 were selected.They were randomized divided into observation group and control group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given detailed nursing on the basis of the control group.The scores of anxiety,depression,quality of life and self-efficacy before and after intervention were compared between the two groups,and the indexes related to surgery were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the scores of bad emotions(anxiety and depression)in both groups were lower than before intervention,and the observation group was lower than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The quality of life scores of the two groups were higher than before intervention,and the observation group was higher than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The self-efficacy scores of the two groups were higher than before intervention,and the observation group was higher than the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The intestinal exhaust,pain duration,abdominal drainage removal,bed activity and hospital stay in the observation group were less than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Detail nursing can improve the nursing effect in patients with cervical cancer operation,which is worthy of clinical application.
