摘 要:经颅磁声电刺激(TMAES)是一种非侵入式的无创神经调控技术,该技术利用脉冲超声和静磁场共同作用于神经组织,通过磁声电效应产生感应电流,进而调节神经组织的活动节律;与其他非侵入式神经调节技术相比,TMAES具有更高的空间分辨率和良好的聚焦深度。gamma节律是刺激诱发局部场电位的典型节律,该节律在大脑皮层信息处理和认知功能中发挥重要作用。应用时频分析和互信息分析对照组和TMAES组大鼠前额叶皮层局部场电位gamma节律平均功率、互信息值、聚类系数、平均路径长度。结果表明,在一定静磁场强度下,gamma节律的平均功率随着超声功率的增加而增加;在特定时间段内,gamma节律的平均互信息值随着超声功率增加而增大;gamma节律聚类系数随着超声功率增加而增大;gamma节律平均路径长度随着超声功率增加而减小;经颅磁声电刺激可以增强局部场电位gamma节律,调节脑组织的振荡活动。Transcranial magnetic-acoustical electrical stimulation(TMAES)is a non-invasive neuromodulation technology.In this technology,the pulsed ultrasound and static magnetic field are used to act on nerve tissue together,and induced current is generated by magneto-acoustic-electrical effect,so as to regulate the activity rhythm of nerve tissue.In comparison with other non-invasive neuromodulation technologies,TMAES has higher spatial resolution and better focusing depth.Gamma rhythm is a typical rhythm that stimulates local field potentials(LFPs),which plays an important role in information processing and cognitive functions of the cerebral cortex.Time-frequency analysis and mutual information(MI)analysis are used to analyze the average power,MI value,clustering coefficient and average path length of gamma rhythm of LFPs in prefrontal cortex of rats in the control group and TMAES group.The results indicates that the average power of gamma rhythm increases with the increase of ultrasonic power within a certain static magnetic field intensity,the average MI value of gamma rhythm becomes larger with the increase of ultrasonic power in a specific period,the clustering coefficient of gamma rhythm becomes larger with the increase of ultrasonic power,and the average path length of gamma rhythm decreases with the increase of ultrasonic power.Therefore,the TMAES can enhance the gamma rhythm of LFPs and regulate the oscillation activity of brain tissue.
