摘  要:为研究饲料中淀粉糊化度的测定方法,本实验以进口的淀粉葡萄糖苷酶(sigma)为参考,选用不同的国产酶,对饲料原料和产品中的淀粉糊化度进行测定,以确定酶解等的最优条件。结果表明:选用酶活力为1500 U/mL的国产淀粉葡萄糖苷酶,对其条件进行优化,并增加试样空白,能较为真实地反映饲料中淀粉的糊化程度,为饲料行业提高饲料加工效率及产品质量提供技术支持。The purpose of this study was to study the method of determination of starch gelatinization degree in feed with reference to enzymatic method.Different domestic amyloglucosidase were selected for the reference of imported amyloglucosidase(sigma) to determine the starch gelatinization degree in feed raw materials and products, to determine the optimal conditions of enzymatic hydrolysis. The results showed that the domestic amyloglucosidase with 1500 U/mL activity was selected, optimize the conditions and increase the blank of the sample, which could reflect the starch gelatinization degree in the feed more truthfully,it could provide technical support for feed industry to improve feed processing efficiency and product quality.
