磷酸钙水门汀作为屏障膜在牙周引导组织再生术中应用的体外研究

摘　　要：目的:探究磷酸钙水门汀在牙周引导组织再生术中代替屏障膜的可能性,以简化手术程序。方法:制备磷酸钙水门汀,检测其操作特性,包括固化时间,注射性和粘附性。然后在猪肋骨上制备圆柱形骨缺损,填充脱蛋白骨颗粒后,表面覆盖2 mm厚的磷酸钙水门汀,检测其机械特性和渗透性。结果:磷酸钙水门汀具有良好的的操作特性,尤其是经过羟甲基纤维素改性的磷酸钙水门汀。但是羟甲基纤维素改性的磷酸钙水门汀机械性能下降,渗透性也增强,不过仍然在临床可接受范围内。结论:磷酸钙水门汀以及改性磷酸钙水门汀操作性好,机械强度佳,与骨组织粘接好并维持骨生长空间,其可能在牙周引导组织再生术中代替屏障膜。Objective:The purpose of the experiment was to evaluate the effect of calcium phosphate cement(CPC)as a membrane in the guided tissue regeneration to simply the procedure.Methods:Calcium phosphate cement was fabricated by stirring the powders and liquid together.Handling properties as setting time,injectability and cohesion.Then bone defects were made in the pock ribbons,filled with the bone granules,and covered with 2 mm CPC.The samples were tested with mechanical strength and histological observation for permeability.Results:CPC,especially functioned with carboxyl methylcellulose,showed excellent handling properties.Mechanical tests showed acceptable results,indicating its appealing application as a membrane.Histological results showed minimized permeability of CPC into the bone granules layer.Conclusion:The ex vivo experiments confirmed the possibility of CPC as a membrane in the surgery of GTR.Further in vivo experiments will be needed for the application of membrane.
