摘 要:目的:关闭拔牙间隙时配合应用上颌前牙种植体支抗垂直向控制,研究不同压低方式上颌前牙及牙周膜的应力分布及上颌前牙的位移情况。方法:构建三维有限元模型,模拟关闭拔牙间隙时,在上颌前牙区的不同位置配合应用共0.5 N的垂直向压低力,对不同工况下牙齿的应力分布和位移情况进行分析。结果:配合应用上颌前牙种植体支抗垂直向压低力后,牙齿向远中及舌向的移动趋势减小,唇向的移动趋势增加,伸长的趋势减小,压低的趋势增加。结论:利用种植体支抗关闭上颌拔牙间隙过程中,配合应用上颌前牙种植体支抗垂直向压低力,前牙远中位移趋势减小,前牙正转矩增大,可在关闭拔牙间隙过程中压低前牙。Objective:To study the stress distribution of the maxillary anterior teeth and periodontal ligament,and the displacement of the maxillary anterior teeth when the maxillary extraction space is closed with increasing the different vertical method.Methods:A three dimensional finite element model was constructed to simulate closing the extraction space,a total of 0.5 N vertical pressure in the maxillary anterior teeth area was added when the maxillary extraction space was closed to analyze the stress distribution and displacement of the teeth above the methods.Results:The maxillary anterior teeth with implant anchorages have a reduced tendency to move distally and lingually,the tendency of lip displacement increases,the tendency of extrusion of the crown decreases and the tendency of intrusion increases.Conclusion:In the process of closing the maxillary extraction space with implant,after increasing the vertical pressure of the maxillary anterior teeth,the displacement of the anterior teeth decreases,the positive torque of the anterior teeth increases,and the anterior teeth will be intruded during the process of closing the extraction space.
