摘　　要：目的:观察超瓷嵌体修复儿童乳磨牙大面积牙体缺损远期临床效果。方法:选择150例乳磨牙牙体缺损患者(180颗患牙),分为3组,每组各60颗牙;分别行超瓷嵌体修复、金属预成冠修复和直接复合树脂充填修复。随访观察评估修复后6个月、12个月及24个月的临床效果。结果:修复后6个月3组修复效果差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。修复后12个月,在边缘密合性、牙龈反应、继发龋及邻接关系方面有明显差异(P<0.05)。修复后24个月,超瓷嵌体及预成冠在修复体完整性、边缘密合性、牙龈反应、继发龋、磨损程度及邻接关系方面均优于树脂充填修复组(P<0.05),而超瓷嵌体和预成冠修复间则无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论:超瓷嵌体修复大面积乳磨牙牙体缺损具有较好的临床疗效,值得推广。Objective:To observe the long-term effect of super ceramage inlays in restoring large tooth defects in primary molars.Methods:Totally 150 children(180 affected teeth)with defects in primary molars were selected and divided into three groups,60 teeth in each group.They were repaired with super ceramic inlays,prefabricated metal crowns and direct composite resin respectively.Clinical effects were evaluated at 6,12,and 24 months after restoration.Results:Six months after restoration,there was no significant difference in restoration clinical effects among three groups(P>0.05).At 12 months after restoration,there were significant differences in the marginal fitness,gingival response,secondary caries and proximal contact(P<0.05).After 24 months follow-up,the clinical effects of ceramage inlays and prefabricated crowns was significantly higher than that of resin-filled group in terms of restoration integrity,marginal fitness,gingival response,secondary caries,wear degree and proximal contact(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference between ceramage inlays and prefabricated crowns(P>0.05).Conclusion:The ceramage inlays have a good clinical effect in restoring the large defects of primary teeth,which is worth promoting.
