摘　　要：大数据时代,随着新一代信息技术行业应用广泛渗透,面对信息茧房、数据鸿沟和数字治理赤字等现实问题,数据素养能力培育成为教育教学改革的焦点。鉴于此,在梳理大数据带来的问题与挑战的基础上,厘清数据素养概念演变历程,通过构建多维度分层模型,探讨现代大学人才数据素养培育机制,为数据驱动背景下数字化人才培养机制创新和教育教学改革提供理论指导和现实借鉴。In the era of big data,with the wide penetration of the fresh information technology industry,the cultivation of data literacy ability has become a focus of education and teaching reform for problems of information cocoon room,data gap and digital governance deficit,etc.Based on combing the problems and challenge brought by big data,clarified the evolution process of the concept of data literacy,and discussed the education and teaching reform of data literacy ability by constructing a multi-dimensional hierarchical model,so as to provide theoretical support for the education and teaching reform of digital talent cultivation in data-driven society.
