摘  要:将网络教学平台和TBL教学法有机结合应用在医学机能实验课程中,并评价其应用效果。选取某大学2019级医学专业100名学生,平均分成TBL班和对照班,分别采用传统教学法和基于网络教学平台的TBL教学法开展医学机能实验课程的教学。通过访谈法、文献资料法、数据统计法、成绩考核法、问卷调查法进行效果评价。实验结果表明,基于网络教学平台的TBL教学法,团队学习方法以网络平台为主,学生的思维方式发生质变,增强学生实践、团队协作能力,弥补传统教学方法的不足,灵活性较高,教学资源丰富,受到教师和学生高度认可。这种方法可有效地推广应用到医学实验课程的教学中去。In order to evaluate the application effect of the combination of network teaching platform and TBL teaching method in medical function experiment course, 100 students from medical specialty enrolled in 2019 of a university were selected and divided into TBL class and control class averagely. Traditional teaching method and TBL teaching method based on network teaching platform were applied in medical function experiment course respectively. Statistical method, performance evaluation method, questionnaire survey method were used to evaluate the application effect. The experimental results show that TBL teaching method based on network teaching platform can make students’ thinking mode change qualitatively, enhance students’ practice and team cooperation ability, make up for the shortcomings of traditional teaching methods, has high flexibility, rich teaching resources, and is highly recognized by teachers and students. It can be effectively applied to medical function experiment in other courses.
