摘　　要：为改善传统监测系统处理数据较慢、布线繁琐、施工难度大、不易维修等问题,文中设计一种基于ARM的固井水泥浆密度监测系统,通过WiFi网络实现上位机与下位机数据的无线转发。首先,采用PPTR系列传感器采集密度数据,通过RS 485串口连接下位机,使用ModBus协议实现数据的传输,完成大排量泥浆密度的快速采集;然后,下位机采用嵌入式微控制器ARM Cortex-a9实现对泥浆密度数据的快速处理;最后,上位机采用Linux系统搭载Web服务器,通过HTTP协议实现大数据量的接收与发送,采用MySQL数据库实现大数据量的存储和历史数据的查询,采用Visual Basic 6.0搭建人机交互界面实现实时数据和折线图的显示,方便用户进行管理。实验测试结果表明,基于ARM的固井水泥浆密度监测系统采集数据速度快、稳定性好,可实现水泥浆密度的实时监测。In order to solve the problems in the traditional monitoring system,such as slow data processing,cumbersome wiring,big construction difficulty and difficult maintenance,an ARM-based cementing slurry density monitoring system for well cementation is designed,which can realize the wireless data forwarding between the upper computer the lower computer by means of WiFi network. In the system,the PPTR series sensor is used to collect density data,and the lower computer is connected by means of the RS 485 serial port,and the ModBus protocol is used to realize the data transmission,so that the rapid acquisition of the large displacement mud density is completed. In the lower computer,the embedded microcontroller ARM Cortex-a9 is used to realize the fast processing of cementing slurry density data. In the upper computer,the Linux system equipped with web server is used to realize the receiving and sending of large data volume by means of HTTP protocol. The MySQL database is used to realize the storage of large data volume and the query of historical data. The Visual Basic 6.0 is utilized to build the human-computer interaction interface to realize the display of real-time data and line graphs,which is convenient for users to manage. The experimental testing results show that the ARM-based cementing slurry density monitoring system for well cementation has fast data collection speed and good stability,and can realize real-time monitoring of cementing slurry density.
