摘  要:针对传统模拟磁通门传感器的性能易受温度影响和电磁干扰、电路复杂难于集成、成本较高等问题,文中设计一种全数字磁通门传感器。首先使用单片机内部多路A/D对磁通门探头输出信号直接进行数字化处理;然后通过单片机设计相关算法,实现对采样后的数字信号进行放大、相敏整流、低通滤波、积分、PID闭环控制等功能。积分后的信号其中一路通过串口将输出量传送给计算机,另一路通过D/A控制反馈线圈的补偿信号来构成闭环系统,以提高系统的稳定性。最后,采用工业级dsPIC单片机设计一种经济型三轴一体化全数字磁通门传感器。该全数字磁通门传感器的测量范围达到±60 000 nT,线性度为10^(-5),分辨力为36 nT。测试结果表明,文中设计的传感器可替代传统模拟磁通门传感器而用于需求量大的消费级产品。In allusion to the problems that the traditional analog fluxgate sensor′ s performance is easily affected by temperature and electromagnetic interference,its circuit is complex,its integration is difficult,and its cost is high,a full-digital fluxgate sensor is designed. The internal multi-channel A/D of the single-chip microcomputer is used to directly digitize the output signal of the fluxgate probe,and then the related algorithms are designed by means of the single-chip microcomputer to realize the functions of amplification,phase-sensitive rectification,low-pass filtering,integration and PIDclosed-loop control of the sampled digital signal. One of the integrated signals can be used to transmit the output to the computer by means of the serial port,and another can be used to form the closed loop system by using D/A to control the compensation signal of the feedback coil,so as to improve the system stability. An economical all-digital fluxgate sensor with three-axis integration is designed by means of industrial dsPIC single chip microcomputer. The measuring ranges of the all-digital fluxgate sensor is±60 000 nT,its linearity is 10^(-5),and its resolution is 36 nT. The testing results show that the designed sensor can replace the traditional analog fluxgate sensor to be used for consumer products with large demand quantity.
