摘　　要：介绍了蒸汽干燥机减速箱及大托圈的故障形式及干燥机运行时存在的主要隐患,阐述了对干燥机减速箱增设在线振动测点并导入ETM在线智能监测诊断系统、对干燥机大托圈增设防护装置、对制动系统进行优化调整后所取得的效果。This paper introduces the fault forms of the reducer and large support ring of the steam dryer and the main hidden dangers existing in the operation of the dryer,and expounds the relevant measures such as adding on-line vibration measuring points to the reducer of the dryer,importing ETM on-line intelligent monitoring and diagnosis system,adding protective device to the large support ring of the dryer,and effects of after optimizing and adjusting the braking system.
