摘  要:HT3110电动轮汽车采用全液压制动控制系统,该系统在使用过程中时常会出现一些故障,给行车安全造成极大的隐患,甚至引发安全事故。文中介绍了制动系统常见故障的诊断与分析,消除了系统常见故障所造成的安全隐患,避免了设备和人身伤亡等安全事故发生,提高了制动系统的安全性能,延长了设备使用寿命,给矿山安全生产创出了巨大的经济价值。HT3110 electric wheel vehicle adopts full hydraulic brake control system,which often appears some faults in the process of use,causing great hidden trouble for driving safety and even causing safety accidents.Therefore,the common faults of the braking system are diagnosed and analyzed,the potential safety hazards caused by the common faults of the braking system are solved,the occurrence of safety accidents such as equipment and personal casualties is avoided,and the safety performance of the braking system is improved,the service life of the equipment is prolonged and the mine safety production creates great economic value.
