摘　　要：中国科协是党领导下的人民团体,是党和政府联系科技工作者的桥梁和纽带,具有开放型、枢纽型、平台型的组织优势。科技服务组织是联结科技和经济社会发展的社会组织,是国家创新体系的重要组成部分。首先,界定了科技服务组织及科技服务组织社会化发展的内涵与意义;其次,从工作机制、创新机制、组织机制、服务机制、合作机制等5个方面,就科协推动科技服务组织社会化发展的机制探索进行了总结;再次,探讨了科协推动科技服务组织社会化发展的4条路径:组建产业技术创新联盟等新型服务组织,建设区域科技创新创业创造价值共同体,完善多元化、综合性技术服务支撑体系,促进创新链产业链及科技经济深度融合;最后,从体系化建设、实体化运营、专业化能力、集群化发展、数字化转型、国际化水平等6个方面提出推进科技服务组织社会化发展的政策建议。China Association for Science and Technology is a people's organization under the leadership of the CPC(Communist Party of China).It is a bridge and link between the CPC and the government to contact science and technology workers,which has the advantages of open,hub and platform organization.As an important part of the national innovation system,S&T service organization is a science and technology social organization that links"sci-tech"with"economic and social development".The socialized development of scientific and technological service organizations means that the government empowers the"3C"process of creation,conversion and commercialization through socialized,networked and professional scientific and technological social organizations,by giving full play to the governance mechanism of"government guidance,market allocation and social participation".And part of the professional services will be undertaken by qualified social forces,so as to improve the overall efficiency of"serving innovation driven development".Firstly,the paper defines the connotation and significance of the socialization development of S&T service organization.Secondly,the paper summarizes the mechanism exploration of promoting the socialization development of S&T service organization by science and technology association from five aspects:work mechanism,innovation mechanism,organization mechanism,service mechanism and cooperation mechanism.Thirdly,four paths for the socialization development of S&T service organization are discussed:establishing new service organizations such as industrial technology innovation alliance,building regional value creation community for science and technology innovation and entrepreneurship,perfecting diversified and comprehensive technical service support system,promoting the deep integration of innovation chains and industrial chain,science and technology economy.Finally,this paper puts forward some policy suggestions for systematically promoting the socialization development of S&T service organization fr
