摘 要:商用车、乘用车及非道路用发动机整机项目设计开发过程中,气缸体的设计开发及试验开发是非常重要的一环。气缸体的设计开发包括设计、材料、CAE分析、毛坯设计、铸造、工艺、模具、机加工、装配性、适配性、冷却润滑、可靠性设计等一系列过程,其中可靠性工程中要针对缸体做缸孔变形分析,以满足发动机可靠性的需求,适应客户日益重视的耐久性需求。In the design and development process of commercial vehicle,passenger vehicle and non road engine,the design and development and test development of cylinder block is a very important link.The design and development of cylinder block includes a series of processes,such as design,material,CAE analysis,blank design,casting,process,mold,machining,assembly,adaptability,cooling and lubrication,reliability design and so on.In the reliability engineering,the cylinder hole deformation analysis shall be conducted for the cylinder block to meet the requirements of engine reliability and meet the durability requirements increasingly valued by customers.
