摘  要:随着经济的发展进步,人们的生活水平已经发生变化,传统意义上的温饱已经不能满足人们对生活的追求,在品尝美食的过程中,希望增加美食种类和数量。食品生产企业已经意识到了这一问题,选择合适的方式以全面提升食品的种类及质量。在食品生产过程中,各种专业设备的使用及其故障率对企业发展至关重要,选择合适的方式保证设备运行正常是企业管理者需要认真考虑的问题。本文主要针对食品机械设备使用和管理中存在的问题,提出了食品机械设备维修管理的有效措施。With the development and progress of economy,people's living standards have changed.Food and clothing in the traditional sense can no longer meet people's pursuit of life.In the process of tasting delicious food,we hope to increase the types and quantity of delicious food.Food production enterprises have been aware of this problem and choose appropriate ways to comprehensively improve the type and quality of food.In the process of food production,the use and failure rate of various professional equipment are very important to the development of enterprises.Choosing an appropriate way to ensure the normal operation of equipment is an issue that enterprise managers need to seriously consider.Aiming at the problems existing in the use and management of food machinery and equipment,this paper puts forward effective measures for the maintenance and management of food machinery and equipment.
