摘　　要：针对拖拉机整机在出厂检测或使用过程中变速箱漏油等问题,提出了变速箱在装机前进行密封性测试的工艺方案,设计研发了此变速箱密封性测试台。试验表明,该测试设备可有效剔除有泄露问题的变速箱,并找出漏点位置,避免了有问题的变速箱被装配使用于拖拉机整机之上。In order to solve the problem of gearbox oil leakage in the process of factory inspection or use of tractor,the process scheme of gearbox sealing test before installation was put forward,and the gearbox sealing test bench was designed and developed.Experiments show that the testing equipment can effectively eliminate the gearbox with leakage problems,and find out the location of leakage points,so as to avoid the gearbox with leakage problems being assembled on the tractor.
