摘 要:气动凿岩机是煤矿井下凿钻作业的重要设备,冲击能是其核心性能参数,吸能器是应力波法测试冲击能系统的关键组成部分。提出了以试验钎杆动能损耗作为钢球摩擦吸能器的吸能效果评价指标,采用Recurdyn和EDEM软件建立了吸能器耦合仿真模型,仿真分析得到了试验钎杆在冲击载荷作用阶段、重力作用阶段、接触与反弹阶段、脱离接触运动4个阶段的受力过程和运动规律,为优化钢球摩擦吸能器的结构参数提供了基础。A pneumatic rock drill is an important equipment of a drilling operation in the underground coal mine.An impact energy of the rock drill would be the key performance parameter and the energy absorber would be the key component part of the impact energy system in the stress wave method.A kinetic energy loss of a drill rod test was provided to be an energy absorption effect evaluation index of the steel ball friction energy absorber.The Recurdyn and EDEM software were applied to set a coupling simulation model of the energy absorber.The simulation analysis had obtained the stress process and movement law of the test drill rod in the four stages of the impact loading action stage,gravity action stage,contact and rebound stage and discontact movement which could provide the base to optimize the structure parameter of the steel ball friction energy absorber.
