良附温胃汤联合家庭护理对提高脾胃虚寒性(Hp阳性)慢性非萎缩性胃炎治疗效果的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨良附温胃汤联合家庭护理对提高脾胃虚寒性(Hp阳性)慢性非萎缩性胃炎治疗效果的临床研究。方法:选取我院2021年1月至2021年8月期间消化内科门诊收治的80例脾胃虚寒性慢性非萎缩性胃炎,且幽门螺杆菌感染阳性的患者,随机分为研究组和对照组,每组各40例。研究组患者给予良附温胃汤加常规西医四联药物治疗并延伸至家庭联合护理。对照组患者给予常规西医四联药物治疗及一般常规护理。观察对比两组患者胃炎的临床症状改善情况,幽门螺旋杆菌转阴率的情况。结果:与对照组相比研究组治疗后的症状明显改善(P<0.05),且幽门螺旋杆菌感染转阴率增加(P<0.05)。结论:通过良附温胃汤联合家庭综合护理对提高脾胃虚寒性慢性非萎缩性胃炎幽门螺杆菌感染阳性的患者,此治疗及护理可有效改善患者的临床症状,提高幽门螺旋杆菌感染转阴率且疗效确切,值得推广。Objective:To investigate the clinical study of family care on improving the treatment of chronic spleen and stomach deficiency and cold(Hp positive)gastritis.Methods:80 patients with positive chronic non-atrophic gastritis in the spleen and stomach from January 2021 to August 2021 were selected and randomly divided into 40 patients each in the study group and the control group.Patients in the study group were treated with good warm stomach soup and conventional Western medicine and extended to combined home care.Patients in the control group were given conventional Western medicine therapy and general routine care.Comparing the clinical symptoms of gastritis and the improvement of the conversion rate of Helicobacter pylori in the two groups.Results:The treatment symptoms were significantly improved(P<0.05),and the conversion rate of H.pylori infection was increased(P<0.05).Conclusion:By adding warm stomach soup and family comprehensive care to improve the patients with positive H.pylori infection of the spleen and stomach,this treatment and nursing can effectively improve the clinical symptoms and improve the conversion rate of H.pylori infection,which is worth promotion.
