摘　　要：目的:系统评价结直肠癌的发生发展与包含WW的氧化还原酶结构域(WWOX)表达的关系及其对肿瘤的影响。方法:检索Embase、中国知网、PubMed、万方数据库以及维普数据库中关于结直肠癌与WWOX表达关系的对照研究的文献,采用95%置信区间(CI)和优势比(OR)为效应指标,应用RevMan 5.3软件对符合条件的结果进行Meta分析。结果:最终纳入5篇符合条件的文献,Meta分析结果示:WWOX基因在结直肠癌与癌旁组织中表达差异(OR=0.11,95%CI 0.07~0.17,P<0.01),有无淋巴结转移中WWOX基因的表达差异(OR=0.19,95%CI 0.12~0.30,P<0.01),不同分化程度中WWOX基因表达差异(OR=4.63,95%CI 2.93~7.32,P<0.01)。结论:在结直肠癌的发生发展中,可认定有WWOX基因的参与,归纳分析WWOX基因与结直肠癌的相关性,有助于更好地在临床中诊治及预防结直肠癌。Objective:To systematically evaluate the relationship between the occurrence and development of colorectal cancer and the expression of WWOX containing oxidoreductase domain(WWOX)and its impact on tumors.Methods:the literature on the comparative study of the relationship between colorectal cancer and WWOX expression in Embase,CNKI,PubMed,Wanfang database and VIP database were searched,and 95% confidence interval(CI)and odds ratio were used(OR)as the effect index,Revman 5.3 software was used for meta-analysis of the eligible results.Results:Five eligible literatures were finally included.The meta-analysis results showed that there was a difference in the expression of WWOX gene between colorectal cancer and adjacent tissues(OR=0.11,95%CI 0.07-0.17,P<0.01),and whether there was a difference in the expression of WWOX gene in lymph node metastasis(OR=0.19,95%CI 0.12-0.30,P<0.01),the expression of WWOX gene was different in different degrees of differentiation(OR=4.63,95%CI 2.93-7.32,P<0.01).Conclusion:WWOX gene can be recognized to participate in the occurrence and development of colorectal cancer.Summarizing and analyzing the correlation between WWOX gene and colorectal cancer is helpful to better diagnose,treat and prevent colorectal cancer in clinic.
