摘　　要：目的:探讨ISBAR沟通模式在急诊科护士交接班中的应用。方法:选取中山市人民医院2019年8月至2020年8月急诊科护士作为对照组(n=30),2020年9月至2021年8月急诊科护士作为观察组(n=30),对照组采取常规护理交接班模式,观察组采取ISBAR沟通模式。比较两组护理不良事件发生率、交班质量以及护士对交班模式的满意度。结果:观察组护理不良事件发生率低于对照组(P<0.05);干预前,两组护士交接班质量比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),干预后,两组护士交接班质量均有所提升,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组护士对交接班模式护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在急诊科护理交接班中应用ISBAR沟通模式能够降低护理不良事件的发生率,提高交接班的护理质量及满意度,可在临床上推广及应用。Objective:To explore the application of ISBAR communication mode in the handover of nurses in emergency department.Methods:The emergency department nurses of Zhongshan People’s Hospital from March 2021 to March 2022 were selected as the control group(n=30),and the emergency department nurses from April 2022 to March 2023 were selected as the observation group(n=30),The control group adopts the routine nursing handover mode,and the observation group adopts the ISBAR communication mode to compare the incidence of adverse nursing events,the quality of handover,and the satisfaction of nurses with the handover mode between the two groups.Results:The incidence of adverse nursing events in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Before the intervention,the difference in the quality of handover between the two groups of nurses was not statistically significant(P>0.05),after the intervention,the two groups of nurses handed over.The quality has improved,and the observation group is higher than the control group(P<0.05);the nurses in the observation group are more satisfied with the handover mode nursing care than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of ISBAR communication mode in emergency care handover shift can reduce the incidence of adverse nursing events,improve the quality and satisfaction of nursing care handover,and can be promoted and applied in clinical practice.
