摘 要:从古至今,教育活动都是围绕着师生的交往进行的,师生关系是教育活动中最主要的人际关系。师生关系的优劣直接关乎教育活动的效果,对师生双方的身心发展也会产生深刻的影响。该文在人际关系三维理论视域下,从包容需要、支配需要、情感需要3个方面理解高校师生关系的内在逻辑,对高校师生关系建构进行归因分析,探索性地提出应然举措,以期对高校课堂教学质量提升、高等教育改革与发展产生积极作用。Since ancient times,educational activities have been carried out with a focus on communication between teachers and students,and the relationship between teachers and students is the most important interpersonal relationship in educational activities.The quality of teacher-student relationship is directly related to the effect of educational activities,and has a profound impact on the physical and mental development of both teachers and students.From the perspective of the three-dimensional theory of interpersonal relationship,based on the understanding the internal logic of the teachers-students relationship in colleges and universities from three aspects of inclusive needs,dominant needs and emotional needs,this paper focuses on the actual dilemma and attribution analysis of the construction of the teachers-students relationship in colleges and universities,and puts forward the countermeasures in an exploratory way.By doing so,the author hopes the present study would help improve the teaching quality,as well as the reform and development of the higher education.
